Why You’ll Love These Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps
That fact that you can put a chicken caesar salad in a wrap should be enough to already have you sold on this recipe, but if it isn’t, here are some more reasons!
This recipe makes FOUR servings of only 191 calories each! This means you can make it all at once and then have wraps for 3 more days!
It is also a super light lunch recipe which means you can either pair it with some yummy sides (like this delicious protein ice cream recipe!!) or you can just enjoy feeling light and healthy on a hot summer day!
Ingredients in This Simple Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap
- Spinach and Herb Tortillas – These are 220 calories each so I don’t usually go for this tortilla, but I thought it tasted delicious! And I just needed a bigger tortilla for all the lettuce, haha!
- Chicken Tenderloins – This is where the protein comes from! If you want it to be higher protein with just a few more calories, you can add more chicken!
- Parmesan Cheese – Is it even caesar salad without parmesan cheese?? I think not!
- Bolthouse Caesar Salad Dressing – I LOVE bolthouse dressings because they are delicious but low calorie which is what I want in a dressing!
- Lettuce – You can put as much as you like! I actually put too much which is how this recipe became 4 servings, haha!
- 2 large spinach and herb tortillas
- 6 oz chicken tenderloins cooked and chopped
- 1 oz parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp bolthouse caesar dressing
- Lettuce to your liking
Mix all ingredients together like a salad.
Fill two tortillas.
Roll, and cut both in half.
