- The Starbucks fall menu includes a new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and Italian Sausage Egg Bites.
- The egg bites offer 15 grams of protein, though they’re high in sodium and saturated fat.
- Fan favorites like the Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Muffin also return this season.
Get your pumpkin spice taste buds ready because the Starbucks Fall Menu is here! The signature Pumpkin Spice Latte and returning favorites, the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai and Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte are joined this year by a host of other fun fall offerings, including a new drink, the cozy-sounding Pecan Oatmilk Cortado.
The new drink uses Starbucks Blonde Espresso with “notes of pecan,” brown butter, holiday-inspired spices and creamy oatmilk. The iced version can have the classic vanilla sweet cream cold foam or Pecan Cold Foam for an extra nutty finish.
When it comes to food, Starbucks is bringing back the adorable Raccoon Cake Pop and decadent Pumpkin Cheesecake Muffin, both of which have been fall favorites in the past. However, a very exciting new menu item is the new set of sausage egg bites that are packed full of 15 grams of protein.
The Starbucks egg bites use the French sous vide technique on cage-free eggs, which makes for a velvety texture and doesn’t eliminate flavor. They hold their shape, which is one reason, besides the taste and nutrition, that the egg bites make a convenient and clever breakfast on the go.
The new Italian Sausage Egg Bites have crumbled Italian sausage, sun-dried tomato pesto, basil and Monterey jack cheese. The combo of high-protein eggs and meat with flavorful Italian spices and comforting cheese make the new egg bites a well-balanced breakfast on the go or midmorning snack both in terms of flavor and nutritional value.
Let’s break down the nutrition for this new Starbucks find:

These bites offer some healthy fat and protein—two nutrients that can help you feel full and power through your day. The sodium and saturated fat are worth noting, though, especially if you’re aiming for a heart-healthy eating pattern. If you need to limit the amount of sodium you eat each day, making your own egg bites at home could be a good option.
In addition to the new and returning food items, Starbucks has new fall merch and will be featuring their Single-Origin Guatemala Casi Cielo Coffee this fall as a brewed coffee option as well as being available to buy by the bag.
So, even though it’s still August, it sounds like it’s time to put on your plaid shirts and leather boots and pick up a PSL—or a new Pecan Oatmilk Cortado—and some Italian Sausage Egg Bites. Though they might not be the best combo for an everyday breakfast, this coffee-egg bite duo sounds great for an occasional meal on the go.
