Aldi's Thanksgiving Menu Feeds 10 for $40

  • Aldi stores are selling the supplies for a Thanksgiving meal for 10 for $40.
  • The grocery list includes a turkey, stuffing, potatoes, mac and cheese and more.
  • In total, the $40 grocery list includes 21 ingredients to help you get holiday dinner on the table.

Thanksgiving dinner is arguably the most important meal of the holiday season, but it can get expensive making sure all the necessities—like Turkey Day sides and pumpkin pie—are on the dining room table. One thing to be thankful for is retailers who help make Thanksgiving affordable and delicious for families everywhere.

Aldi is no stranger to offering up an affordable Thanksgiving meal to its customers. Last year, the grocery chain sold the ingredients for a Turkey Day meal for 10 for just under $50, but this year they’re lowering the cost of Thanksgiving dinner even more. From October 15 through December 24, the ingredients necessary to make a holiday meal for 10 guests are available at a reduced price, making the total cost just $40 — and yes, that includes the turkey.

Marked on shelves and available for individual purchase, the ingredients list for Aldi’s 2025 Thanksgiving dinner include everything you need to dish up a 14-pound turkey, rolls, cranberry sauce, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie. The ingredients (21 in all) are available without loyalty card memberships or coupon-clipping, and total $7 less than last year’s price of $47.

Here’s what you’ll need to pick up at Aldi to make the full menu:

  • Jennie-O whole turkey (14-pound bird)
  • Chicken broth
  • Condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • Evaporated milk
  • Hawaiian-style sweet rolls
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • Canned cut green beans (two cans)
  • Canned pumpkin
  • Shells and cheese (two boxes)
  • Brown gravy mix (three packages)
  • Poultry spice
  • French-fried onions
  • Pie crust
  • Chicken or cornbread-flavored stuffing (two boxes)
  • Whipped dairy topping
  • Yellow onions (3-pound bag)
  • Peeled baby carrots

What’s more, these prices aren’t just available inside Aldi stores. Aldi’s Thanksgiving menu ingredients will be available at discounted prices through online delivery services like Instacart and Uber Eats, and for curbside pickup through the Aldi website. Plus, the prices will run through December 24, so you could grab these groceries for other holiday meals, too.

In a press release about these Thanksgiving savings, Atty McGrath, CEO of Aldi U.S., explained that “saving shoppers money is [Aldi’s] mission every day—but is especially important during the holidays when they need it most.”

If you want to take some extra steps to dress up these affordable ingredients, we suggest trying recipes like Ina Garten’s upgraded canned cranberry sauce (the Barefoot Contessa adds some citrus and apple for extra flavor) or our Old-Fashioned Sweet Potato Casserole, which adds in some chopped pecans for texture.

You could also use the money you save on Thanksgiving dinner from Aldi to add in some extra dishes, like our most-saved Thanksgiving side recipe, Melting Broccoli, a miso, garlic and ginger-packed variation on roasted broccoli that’s sure to add some unique flavors to your holiday dinner table. We’ve also got you covered if you want to add some extra Thanksgiving desserts to the mix, like Flaky Apple Pie Bars or Sweet Potato Pie with Cream Cheese Swirl.

Whatever you serve at your holiday meal, try to remember that what matters most is who you share it with. We’re already excited to snag some of these budget-friendly finds to share with our favorite dinner guests this fall.
