What You’ll Need for this BBQ Chicken Wrap
- Large Carb Counter Tortilla – The La Banderita tortillas are my favorite because they are big and low calorie!
- Chicken Tenderloins – Did you know that the average tenderloin has more than 20 grams of protein? That is why I love cooking with them!
- BBQ Sauce – Picking the right BBQ sauce can make all the difference! I love the sugar free one by G Hughes for the macros and the flavor!
- Red Onion – I think these are essential for adding flavor and I also love the added crunch!
- Cheddar Cheese – What is a wrap without cheese?? I love the cache valley cheese that is only 70 calories per slice!
- 1 Large flour carb counter tortilla La Banderita
- 4 oz Chicken Tenderloins Cooked + Cubed
- 2 tbsp sugar free BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp red onion chopped
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
