That’s why today, I bring you my: California Pizza Kitchen, BBQ Chicken salad! YUM!!
- 2 cups lettuce
- 4 ounces chicken breasts cooked, and sliced
- 50 g black beans
- 50 g corn
- 50 g jicama peeled, and sliced
- 10 g Chopped Cilantro
- 10 g fresh basil
- 20 g crispy corn tortilla strips
- 1/2 ounce monterey jack cheese
- 50 g tomatoes
- 10 g green onions chopped
- 25 g avocado
- 1 tablespoon G Hughes Sugar free BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon Bolthouse ranch dressing
- 1 slice lime
